Composition:
Mari ( Piper Nigrum) – 50 mg: Black-pepper growing in the Malabar coast is the best, and as stimulant and carminative. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica, Vol.-1, page No.969)
Sunth/Nagar (Zingiber officinale) – 50 mg: Carminative, nutritive, stimulant, to the gastro-intestinal tract and stomachic, also a digestive. It is an appetizer and antiflatulent. Corrects assimilation of food and digestion (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 1309)
Triphala – 50 mg: a very well known combination of Harde, Baheda, and Amla in equal quantity. It corrects constipation and has a laxative action and facilitates bowel movement. It improves appetite, promotes digestion and evacuation. ( Ref: The Ayurvedic formulary of India, page No.110).

Ajmoda (Apium graveolens) – 30 mg: it is carminative, digestive and stomachic adjunct to purgative and also as a diuretic. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 119)
Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanica) – 30 mg: Root is said to increase the digestive power and promote the appetite. Useful in dyspepsia. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 991)
Nimbu ka phool (citrus acida) – 30 mg: Aromatic, carminative, stomachic and useful in abdominal distention . it promotes appetite. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 343)
Black salt (Kala namak) – 20 mg: Stomachic, digestive, purgative, demulcent, carminative. Useful in dyspepsia and colic in abdominal tract.
