Composition:
Sarpankho (Tephrosia purpurea) – 80 mg: It is very effective in hepatic dropsy and restores normal liver functions. It treats enlargement of liver and obstructive Jaundice. Also act as a laxative tonic and blood purifier.
Kasni (Cichorium intybus) – 40 mg: A stomachic and tonic, in large doses a mild aperient and diuretic. It has also alterative and resolvent effects. It is given in liver disorders. It is very useful in obstructions or torpor of the liver and in checking bilious enlargement of the spleen with general dropsy. It has also alterative and resolvent effects. It increases bile secretion and promotes digestion.
Arogyavardhini Ras – 40 mg: Alterative, aperient. A very effective hepato protective, useful in Jaundice, Aneamia, liver and spleen disorders. It helps to promote health and stamina. It improves digestion, liver and renal functions. The drug stimulates secretion of digestive enzymes helping complete digestion of food, and ensures proper assimilation. It also enhances digestion of fats, it strengthens liver, its functions and also checks liver enlargement. Restores normal liver functions. Enhances bile secretion. It promotes resistance power to combat disease and clear toxins from the system.
Punarnava Ghan (Boerhavia diffusa) – 30 mg: Bitter, stomachic, laxative, diuretic, expectorant, diaphoretic, and emetic. On liver its action is principally secondary, and in combination with other drugs. It is used in hepatic disorders as jaundice. Also natural diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties.
