Composition:-

Phudina (Mentha sylvestris) – 25 mg.: it has carminative, stomachic and stimulant properties, given in hiccup, bilious vomiting, flatulence, colicky pains, cholera etc. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 790)
Vaj (Acorus Calamus) – 25 mg. : Emetic, nauseant, stomachic, aromatic, expectorant, carminative.It is useful in dyspepsia, flatulence, loss of appetite etc. and also in a tonic and choleraic diarrhea of children. It is used as an anthelmintic to expel worms in children. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, Page No. 36, 37)
Ajmoda (Apium graveolens) – 25 mg.: Carminative, digestive, stomachic, tonic and stimulant. Useful in dyspepsia, colic pains and flatulence. A carminative medicine. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 119)
Ativish (Aconitum heterophyllum) – 20 mg.: tonic, astringent, stomachic, anti-periodic. Very efficacious in diarrhea, dysentery, also in cough, dyspepsia and diarrhea depending thereon. Also useful in vomiting of children. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1,page No. 26)
Elayachi (Elettaria cardamomum) – 15 mg.: Aromatic, stimulant, carminative, stomachic, diuretic and has a mild laxative action. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 475)
Putikaranja (Caesalpinia bonducella) – 10 mg.: Acrid, stops nausea and vomiting and expels intestinal worms. (Ref: Dr. K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-1, page No. 227)
Kala namak (Black Salt) – 10 mg.: Stomachic, digestive, purgative, demulcent and carminative.
Hing (Ferula asafetida) – 5 mg.: Stimulant, carminative, antispasmodic, expectorant and slightly laxative. Sindhalun (Rock salt) - 5 mg.: Very useful in indigestion, it increases appetite and it is useful in flatulence, dyspepsia, abdominal distension and other abdominal disorders. (Dr.K.M. Nandakarni’s Indian Materia Medica,Vol.-2,pageNo.109)
Lemon (Citrus acida) – 5 mg.: Digestive, an excellent cleanser of the stomach and bowels, having a gentle laxative effect. Very useful to relieve vomiting and dyspepsia.(IMM page No. 344).
