It may aggravate psoriasis temporarily in certain patients in early stages of the treatment. It would get rid of all skin disorders gradually.
Kampilakh (Mallotus Philippensis)-100 mg
This plant is recommended in the treatment of skin diseases. Rottlerin, isorottlerin as active element present in this plant. Considered as antibacterial, antihelminthic, antispasmodic and astringent properties. Useful in Fungal and bacterial skin infections, psoriasis etc. Dermatologists used this herb for poulticing cutaneous diseases and its pounded seeds are applied to wounds. Taken internally to remove leprous eruptions.
Gandhak rasayan-35 mg
A proven antibacterial and a powerful blood purifier, brings healthier changes. Very useful in skin diseases like ringworm, scabies, itching, other fungal infections and skin diseases.
Dosage: 1 capsule once a day early in the morning 1.5 hr before breakfast OR 1 capsule once a day at bed time 1.5 hr before meal OR as directed by physician
Special instruction: Hence psorvin acts through immunomodulation there may be aggravation of symptoms of psoriasis in certain patients in early stages of the treatment. In such case, discontinue therapy for 15 days (washout period) and then restart therapy with 1 capsule every 3 days or as directed by the physician
